본 약관은 Sichan's Technology(이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 "관상MBTI"(이하 "앱")의 이용과 관련하여 개발자와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 정합니다. 앱을 다운로드하거나 이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
앱은 카메라로 인식한 얼굴을 전통 관상학 개념에 대입해 MBTI 성격 유형을 예측해서 보여주는 오락(엔터테인먼트) 목적의 서비스입니다. 앱이 제공하는 결과, 해설, 문구는 과학적으로 검증된 심리 진단, 의학적 소견, 또는 전문적인 조언이 아니며, 어떠한 경우에도 진로·건강·인간관계 등 중요한 의사결정의 근거로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
본 서비스는 앱 마켓(App Store, Google Play 등)이 표시하는 해당 앱의 연령 등급을 충족하는 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. 해당 연령 등급에 미달하는 경우 앱을 이용할 수 없습니다.
개발자는 이용자에게 앱을 개인적·비상업적 용도로 이용할 수 있는 양도 불가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다. 이용자는 앱을 리버스 엔지니어링, 역컴파일, 상업적 재배포하거나, 앱이 작동 방식이나 알고리즘을 무단으로 추출하려는 시도를 해서는 안 됩니다.
앱에는 Google AdMob을 통한 제3자 광고가 포함될 수 있습니다. 광고 콘텐츠는 광고 네트워크가 제공하며, 개발자는 개별 광고의 내용에 대해 사전 검수 이외의 통제권을 갖지 않습니다.
앱은 "있는 그대로(AS-IS)" 제공되며, 개발자는 앱의 정확성, 신뢰성, 특정 목적에의 적합성에 대해 어떠한 명시적·묵시적 보증도 하지 않습니다. 관상 기반 MBTI 예측 결과의 정확성은 보장되지 않습니다.
관계 법령이 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서, 개발자는 앱의 이용 또는 이용 불능으로 인해 발생하는 어떠한 간접적·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 약관은 이용자와 개발자 사이에만 적용되며, Apple Inc.나 Google LLC 등 앱 마켓 운영자는 본 약관의 당사자가 아닙니다. 앱에 대한 유지보수 및 지원 책임은 원칙적으로 마켓 운영자가 아닌 개발자에게 있으며, 마켓 운영자는 앱과 관련한 제품 책임, 지적재산권 침해 주장, 소비자 보호 관련 법령 준수 등에 대해 아무런 의무를 지지 않습니다. 다만 Apple 및 그 자회사는 본 약관의 제3자 수익자(third-party beneficiary)로서 본 약관을 이용자에 대해 직접 행사할 권리를 갖습니다.
앱의 디자인, 아이콘, 텍스트, 코드 등 모든 구성요소에 대한 권리는 개발자에게 있습니다.
개발자는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 앱의 전부 또는 일부 서비스를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석됩니다.
본 약관은 필요 시 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 이 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.

These Terms govern your use of "GwansangMBTI" (the "App"), provided by Sichan's Technology ("we", "the developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App maps a face captured by your camera onto concepts from traditional East-Asian physiognomy to predict an MBTI personality type, as an entertainment service. Results, explanations, and messages produced by the App are not a scientifically validated psychological assessment, medical opinion, or professional advice, and should never be used as the basis for important decisions about careers, health, or relationships.
The App is intended for users who meet the age rating displayed for the App on the relevant app store (App Store, Google Play, etc.). If you do not meet that age requirement, you may not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App for non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute commercially, or attempt to extract the App's underlying logic or algorithms.
The App may display third-party advertising served through Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by the ad network, and beyond reasonable review, we do not control the content of individual ads.
The App is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any physiognomy-based MBTI prediction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
This agreement is between you and the developer only — Apple Inc., Google LLC, and other app marketplace operators are not parties to it. Maintenance and support for the App is the developer's responsibility, not the marketplace operator's. The marketplace operator has no obligation regarding product liability, intellectual property infringement claims, or consumer protection compliance related to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
All rights to the App's design, icon, text, and code belong to the developer.
We may modify or discontinue all or part of the App for operational or technical reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
We may revise these Terms as needed. Updates will be posted on this page.
